When in England do as the English do!
So what could be nicer than enjoying a traditional English Cream Tea? It’s certainly one of my favourite things to do in Stratford Upon Avon, rain or shine!!
A pot of tea, scones, clotted cream and jam. If you are really adventurous, then you can try a new invention. A cream-tea called a ‘Thunder and Lightening’. Instead of jam you have honey with your cream and scones.
There are plenty of places that serve a very nice Cream Tea in Stratford-upon-Avon.
If you prefer, and are up for the challenge, you can bring a cake onto the bus to enjoy as we journey through the Cotswolds…..But be warned. Those roads are bumpy!
