Does the tour involve walking?

Our tours do involve walking, we recommend you are able to walk at a moderate pace. There is often a 5 to 10 minute walk from the coach parking area to the attraction. At the White Cliffs of Dover some of the walking paths are uneven and not suitable for those with walking difficulties. All walking tours are optional.

Are children allowed to come on the tour

Tours are not suitable for children under 4 years. Children must be at least 4 years old.

How do I get my ticket?

An electronic copy of your ticket will be email to you upon completion of your booking with all the necessary details you need for the day. You do not need to print your ticket, you can just show it on any device when you check-in.

How long are your day tours?

Our full day tours start from 7:30 and finish approximately 6:30pm (11 hours).

Do you serve food on the tour?

Due to health and safety we do not offer food and drinks on the tour, however your tour guide will recommend the best places to grab a snack or lunch once you arrive.

Do I need to bring my passport with me?

You do not need to bring your passport, all tours are within England, a copy of your ticket is sufficient.

Where are your departure locations?

Our departure locations are highlighted on our departure info page, you can select your preferred location when booking your tour, please make sure you arrive early at the correct meeting point for your tour.

Can you pick us up from our hotel?

We do not offer hotel pick ups, all departure locations are easily assessable via London underground or bus and easy to find.

Does the tour guide speak throughout or it is an audio tour?

The guide will speak in English during the tour. Your guide will give you relevant information, but there will also be time to relax

What about COVID-19?

We follow all government guidelines. The buses are deep cleaned frequently and our drivers are doping extra cleaning of touch-points during the day.
